NURSES WORLDWIDE

When we talk about a health professional that is focused of caring to achieve optimal recovery, we mean the wide sprout of nurses’ hospital and community based.  They are a part of the medical team intended to work in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating health care.  They come in various forms depending in culture.  Historically, they came to develop in 15^th century and latter became a career. It was known before as a very low job in the social hierarchy but now, it is a high paying profession.   The aim of nursing developed in broader perspectives from people with physical, emotional, psychological, intellectual, social, and spiritual needs.  Nursing care has now incorporated physical science, social science, nursing theory, and technology in caring for those sick individuals.  To date, nursing has even created worldwide organizations to pursue nursing worldwide.  There are nursing theories used to base the quality of care they give.  The setting of care can be in hospitals, homes, community clinics, and a lot more.  They are the people we need to give utmost respect.  They are the ones caring for us medically.  A salute to nurses all over the world!
